With carefully selected Canadian grains, the distillation process begins using traditional column stills to create a clean, refined spirit.

This base is ideal for aging and allows the whisky to reach its full potential.
It is then matured for a minimum of three years in ex-bourbon barrels, where oak, time, and the angel’s share work their magic.
